The Carter County Car Club was founded in 1982 when McDonald's hosted a "Happy Days" program and invited 50's and 60's car owners to participate. After that event an ad was placed in the paper asking that if anyone was interested in forming a club to please call. Eight people showed up for the charter meeting at a local steakhouse. The membership since that original meeting has grown into a much larger number of classic car lovers. The members met for several years at the Carter County Rescue Squad building. We have a weekly Cruise-In every Saturday from 5 PM-9 PM April through October, and a yearly "All Day Show" on the second Saturday in July to help raise money for local children's charities.
Come join us at the Cruise-In's and our All Day Car Show
We sell t-shirts, have 50/50 drawings, and have a donation barrel to help raise money for the charities.
"All of the proceeds go to the Children's Charities"
We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you. Thank you for your time and donations that makes all of this possible!
